Delicate and intimate, our restaurant honours Middle Eastern gastronomy in the excellent Arabic-Middle Eastern culinary tradition.

Succumb to the charms of an authentic cuisine characterised by respect for the taste of each ingredient. Le Caviar du Palais

M. Shahriar Gharibi, propriétaire du Palais Oriental a commencé à connaître le caviar enfant déjà, étant né non loin de la Mer Caspienne, sa famille proche et lointaine a travaillé pour le producteur Shilat.

A Paris, il s’est familiarisé avec les différents aspects de ce produit. En qualité de responsable auprès de la Maison de l’Iran, Avenue des Champs-Elysées, il a promu sa commercialisation.

En Suisse depuis plus de 30 ans, il vend le caviar à de grands hôtels et restaurants prestigieux dans toute la Suisse, à des compagnies d’aviation privées ainsi qu’à de nombreux clients particuliers.

Il est également importateur officiel agréé par les autorités suisses.

Sur demande, il organise des dégustations pour des amateurs de caviar et chefs de cuisine dans sa boutique et laboratoire situés à la rue du quai 8 à Montreux.
